The Founder.

Meet our founder & CEO, Tyya Strong. As an entrepreneur herself she knows the overwhelming feeling that comes with the journey - her vision for Strong Management LLC is to be a support system for all business owners and entrepreneurs in order to help ease the adversities that come with the process of growth.

Graduating in the peak of the pandemic with a marketing degree she knows what it feels like to be uncertain of the future and what it takes to overcome obstacles. Seeing businesses she loved close and thriving entrepreneurs quit on their dreams forced her to see that even great entrepreneurs and businesses need help in trying times. That is when she decided to be that helping hand and Strong Management was born
